VISION BOOST WORKSHOPとは

90分間のワークショップで「Vision」を創り、刺激をもらいながら、今後の将来に向けた可能性を広げていきます。それぞれのビジョンにあった、フレームワークや日々の中で実践的に使える手法を提供することで、個々の参加者は、個人的な将来のビジョンステートメントを創り上げていきます。ビジョン創りのペースやフェーズは人それぞれですが、このワークショップを通して、参加者それぞれが今後も活用できるベストプラクティスを持ち帰ることができます。
　

VISION BOOST WORKSHOP

An energizing 90-minute workshop on Vision Building to get inspired and unleash life's possibilities. We provide the framework and best daily practices for living one’s Vision. Participants will also have the opportunity to develop their personal Vision Statements. Whether participants are still developing their Vision or they need that boost to make it happen, they will walk-away with daily practices, tools and inspiration to support creating their biggest possibility!

・ビジョンフレームワークに関するプレゼンテーション　～ビジョンとつながるための7つの秘訣～
・自分自身のビジョン・ステートメント創造エクササイズ
・参加者同士でのビジョン共有・宣言
・ビジュアルやシミュレーションを用いたアクティビティ

・Create their own Vision Statement
・Declare and share their Vision with a partner, one-on-one, and have an opportunity to share with the group (optional)

・Facilitation of Partner activities, writing exercises, small group discussion

　
備考: 逐次通訳を介して実施するため、全ての時間を加算するとトータルで2時間のワークショップとなります。プレゼンテーションで使うパワーポイント資料の中のタイトルなども一部日本語で記載します。
PLEASE NOTE: With translation, we will add another 30 minutes to our workshop for a total of 2 hours. We have worked with translators before, and are used to pausing throughout the sections and material to go back and forth from English to Japanese. The main concepts on the PowerPoint presentation will also be written in Japanese.

Who is going to facilitate this training?

Kristin has spent her career creating opportunities for leadership and greater global engagement among historically underprivileged groups. She is an Ashoka Fellow, Impact Hub San Francisco Ambassador and the Official Spokesperson for the Global Access Pipeline（GAP）. She is currently the Chief Partnership Officer for IGNITE in San Francisco, building a national movement to inspire young women to run for political office. She is also the co-founder of TheVisionConversation.com and VisionVenture, the the social enterprise that inspires, equips, accelerates and invests in changemakers’ Visions. In 2002, she founded OneWorld Now!, an award-winning global leadership program for low-income and minority youth based in Seattle, which has been hailed as one of the most innovative after school programs in the USA. She has lived in Russia, Georgia, France, and the United Kingdom and worked on projects in Brazil, Japan, China, Morocco, Jordan and Qatar. Kristin is a high-energy, sought-after speaker on living your vision, diversity & inclusion, women's leadership, and social entrepreneurship for audiences ranging from high school-aged youth to aspiring and established change-makers to global business leaders.
